Thank you for registering for our Walk Triceratops Trail With a Geologist Tour!
Meet your guide between 9:15-9:25am at the Triceratops Trail located one block east of 6th Avenue and 19th Street in Golden, Colorado. Park in the Colorado School of Mines Parking Lot A (In Google Maps, search for Jones Road Lot -A). Parking is free on weekends. Your guide will be at the Western edge of the parking lot (nearest 6th Ave), at the large black-and-white "Triceratops Trail" sign.
Please wear sturdy walking or hiking shoes as this trail is mostly gravel and sand. Note: there are no facilities, water, or shade located along the trail or at the trailhead.
Dogs are not permitted on guided walking tours.
Please make sure to allow ample time for travel and arriving early to check in prior to the start of your tour (15 minutes early minimum is recommended). Tour guides cannot delay the start of a tour and we do not give refunds for late arrivals or absence.
